Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 to customers in the contiguous United States. For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee will apply based on the weight and size of the items.
Expedited Shipping: Need your items faster? We offer expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the items, as well as the shipping destination.
International Shipping: Currently, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the items. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or other import charges incurred.
Shipping Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: Varies by destination
Please note that shipping times are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or postal service delays.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns: We hope you love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. You can return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your items.
Exchanges: For the best service and selection, please order your replacement items online or call us for assistance. You can then return the original item following our returns process.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Exceptions: Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance items marked as final sale
- Items not returned in their original condition and packaging
